This is another case of a "mariner" and I

think that the Governor might have remembered the

previous Hong Kong case (C.W.Falk) in which the question

came up whether service on British ships can count as

residence in His Majesty's Dominions for naturalization

purposes.

In the present case the man puts his own

case no higher than that he "has continuously resided

between voyages in the Colony of Hong Kong for the past

five years", having arrived in the Colony in December,

1915.
